Indianapolis Zoo
At the conclusion of our Spring Break vacation, we hit Indianapolis on the way home from Gatlinburg, Tennessee. While the girls shopped, I decided to take in the zoo. You can read more about my thoughts on Indy and see the downtown scenes in my previous Blog post. Here are some of my favorite shots:
The Blue Iguana. Blood red eyes and a sheepish grin.
She kinda woke up on the wrong side of the rock. No wonder the male was sleeping on the opposite side of the area. There is another shot of her on my prior post showing her not-so-pearly whites.
The zoo's baby giraffe allowed me to capture its portrait.
There were lots of lemurs playing, catching bugs, and enjoying the warmth of early spring.
