Here is the plate I prepared for myself from our Thanksgiving feast. Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic, Sausage and Herb Dressing, Sweet Potato Bake with candied pecans, No Knead Dutch Oven Bread, strawberry-pretzel salad and PURPLE POTATOES! These potatoes are in the natural color and taste just like a klondike potato but are loaded with antioxidants.
I’m sure those antioxidants plus the 10 or so roasted garlic cloves canceled out all of the cholesterol with additives such as sour cream and butter.
